Licensed therapist Nancy Fournier draws from a wide range of techniques and experiences to ease ailments with customized healing massages. The deep-tissue therapeutic massage targets chronic tension with carefully controlled pressure, and the Swedish relaxation massage reduces aches and pains with the soothing lotions and gentle kneading that established the Vikings' reputation as compassionate healers. Pregnancy massages aim to allay the discomforts faced during pregnancy—from joint pain to digestive issues—with a mixture of relaxing bodywork and emotional support. After their muscle-mending session, clients may feel their bodies hum with a plethora of healing benefits, such as boosted energy and circulation, an improved range of motion, or the ability to fly.

About Fournier Massage Therapy
Nancy Fournier—a licensed massage therapist, member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy—uses her education and intuition to guide her hands during treatments. She specializes in Swedish and therapeutic deep massage, but Nancy recently added warm-bamboo massage to her repertoire. She also doles out pregnancy massages. These specially designed treatments alleviate the aches expectant mothers feel while carrying around a baby that might either become an elite field-goal kicker or that guy in HR who stubs his toe most days.
