is the Groupon valid on Tuesday draft specials?

The fine print indicates that this groupon cannot be combined with other offers. Our managers have discretion to apply the Groupon in instances where they believe it is the right decision. Whether they ultimately allow a Groupon voucher to be applied to a transaction with drinks on special will depend upon a number of factors, including total amount spent and whether any regular-priced items were purchased (or if everything on the ticket was discounted).

Will you be able to use the groupon even when they have drink specials going on towards the purchase of the drinks? or will you be charged full price for the drink if you use the groupon?
