What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We service all residential central heating and AC systems. We are a small family business which keeps our costs to repair your system well below the "Big Guys" in town. You'll get personal service from an owner who cares about your family and the safety and operation of your home's HVAC system.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Working for a company always seemed to keep my hands tied. As the owner/operator of Fox Family Heating and Air, I am free to handle your service call in the best way to get your system up and running again, and safely. Not what's best for my employer's pocket book.

What do you love most about your job?
Our customers. I take pride in the fact that I care about my customers and their welfare. People from all walks of life intrigue me, and I want to help them with my years of experience in the heating and air conditioning field. It really gives me a great sense of accomplishment.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I'm not saying you have to do this, but...I can't tell you how many times I've serviced a house and the client makes me sit down and eat some breakfast! It really flatters me. Who can say no?
