Q:

My groupon says: $59 for $135 worth of customized letter art. So if my product costs $200 I would pay an additional $65 with my groupon. Is that correct?

Robert A.  asked on  Jan 26, 2013

A:

Robert - That is correct. You have a $135 value to use towards anything on the site. Thanks!

Q:

What is the cost of each letter and matte? Can the name and matte be purchased without the frame? What is the final cost for 8 letters, matte and standard frame? -Emma S

Emma S.  asked on  Jan 25, 2013

A:

Hi Emma - Thanks for the question. On our website we offer 3 distinct products. Framed Names, Signature Boards, and Gallery Blocks. You may order Framed Names with 3-11 letters, Signature Boards with 3-9 letters, and Gallery Blocks with 3-9 letters. The cost is $59 no matter how many letters you choose in your art. The cost of all materials (letters, matte, frame,...literally everything) is included in the Groupon price. In other words you will only have to pay the shipping cost if you buy the Groupon unless you upgrade your order to a more expensive frame. Feel free to speak with a live FTA customer service agent at 865-249-8359 if needed. Thanks!

Q:

Thank you for answering my question about how to view the thumbnails as larger photos. I tried what you suggested clicking on the thumbnails, but they didn't enlarge. The arrow cursor didn't turn to a little hand as might be expected to click on. Again, help. I love your products, but really want to view the photo choices in detail, not just a thumbnail, prior to selecting. Sorry, but this is what's going on. Thank you.
