Q:

Twice you have SUGGESTED that the Groupon be used in one visit but is it required? If I don't spend the entire amount, will I receive a gift card with the balance for another visit?

A:

We suggest you use Groupons in a single visit, but it is not required. If you ever experience trouble redeeming a Groupon with the business, please let our support team know.

Q:

Two questions. 1. Is this deal only limited to the menu item(s) mentioned in the description or does it apply to the entire menu? 2. What if we do not use the full $40 amount? Lets say we only spend $20 in menu items? Do we get a balance to go back again? Thanks.

A:

Sorry for the confusion! You are not limited to the mentioned menu items; these were just provided as examples!

We suggest that you use your entire Groupon in a single visit. We always try to make the overall value of Groupon compatible with a single visit.

Now, it appears that I have purchased 2 of these deals...I only want one (1) of the Franklin Mercantile Deli Groupons! Please be sure that I am only charged for one of these deals. Thanks for your help.
