Free Kids’ Event: San Mateo County History Museum Free First Fridays

With a new theme every month, kids and their parents can explore the community around them. In the morning, there’s a storytelling and crafting hour where youngsters get hands-on experience with the subject matter. After that, they’re free to wander through the museum’s exhibits on their own. In the afternoon, the staff leads an hour-long tour, starting with information on the first Native Americans to live in the area and concluding in modern times.
