Conveniently and strategically located in the heart of Wynwood in Miami, our pet hotel offers spacious and comfortable hotel rooms, ranging from 20 sq.ft. regular rooms up to our 96 sq.ft. deluxe suite for you to hoose. For daycare, we feature three large outdoor parks with playing facilities and an indoor lounge area where your doggie can chill, watch TV with his/her playmates, and share some snacks as opposed to staying home alone! We also offer bathing, obedience training, dental cleaning and reiki.
For our cat lover customers, freeDOGm offers cat hotel and kitty resort services, with our 92" playground cat gym, for them to scratch, climb and play freely in five elevated platforms covered with faux fur. _
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _The inspiration came as the result of two main reasons. First, the love for dogs and cats and the desire to provide them with a joyful experience while away from their parents. And, second, the desire to satisfy the need of dog owners to have a hotel and daycare facility, close to their homes, that has outdoor green areas for their dogs to run free, exercise, socialize with other dogs, and be taken care of and loved by professional pet care lovers, providing a guilt-free consciousness while they work, travel and/or are out doing errands. _
What do you love most about your job? At freeDOGm we love the fact that we are able to provide happiness to our clients in a pet healthy environment. It is really gratifying to see how happy and excited they are when they come, and at the end of their stay they don't want to leave. It is priceless!!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? _All of our customers immediately fall in love with our facility, the outdoor parks, the cleanliness and excellent personalized customer service. It is hilarious to hear them say that their doggies are happier to see us when they come to freeDOGm, than to see them when they come to pick them up. They just don't want to leave!! _
