Bought 2 Groupons for Freedom to come out to do both an AC tune up and inspection AND a furnace tune up and inspection. Jaylynn Williams was the technician. Super polite and did a great job on both. He was very thorough with his inspection of both systems. Made a minor repair to ac-needed a new condenser hose. Just FYI, Freedom actually did the replacement for both furnace and ac in 2012 for previous owner.
