I am interested in buying this yoga groupon. I need to know what the differences are between Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga classes. Thank you! Alice Wallace firstname.lastname@example.org

Vinyasa flow are classes that incorporate movement that is linked to the breath of the practitioner. Rather than a series of static poses, there is movement between the postures. Hatha yoga is a very broad term that encompasses any of the postures of yoga. There tends to be great variety in these classes. There may be some flow within these classes, but it is not emphasized as it is in the Vinyasa classes.
