said treatment, whether an eyelash perm, and/or and eyebrow lamination, are semi permanent treatments, that solely utilize chemical solutions to curl the eyelashes upwards, and/or make the eyebrow appear fuller, and well groomed. within the tinting process, dye can be applied to either the natural eyelash line, and/or eyebrow hair, to help enhance, shape, and define said eyelashes, and/or eyebrows. depending on how oily one's skin is, this treatment should last you about six weeks, with the actual perm, and/or lamination, lasting two to three months, with no maintenance.
