- *Air Duct Cleaning- system will be put under Negative pressure. Compressed air, cleaning poles and an assortment of whips will be used to dislodge years of built up dust and debris so it can be extracted out of the ventilation system.
- *Dryer Vent Cleanings- dryer vent will (under normal circumstances) be cleaned from the exterior of the building to the dryer. Using compressed air, cleanings poles and an assortment of whips will be used to dislodge matted and built up dryer lint..
- 1st floor dryer vents that exhaust through the home's roof will be require a $50 ladder fee.
- 2nd floor dryer vents that exhaust through the roof will require a $50 attic access fee

Mike and Dave are wonderful! We are breathing so much easier now because of their expertise and excellent work. They answered all our questions before, during, and after the service, and they weren’t bothered by our very curious supervisors (3 dogs). Highly recommend the sanitizing add-on as well; it’s made a huge difference in the quality of our air I hadn’t realized was affecting our health!
