Q&A with Sharon Sailor, Owner

In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Ecclectic. From light fare to gourmet and just about everything in between.

What’s the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
We're always looking for the, "We will be back," or, "This is our new favorite dining destination in Greenport." The best was, "I think I died and went to heaven," with regard to a yellowfin tuna special we ran.

Are there any dishes on the menu you consider to be a hidden gem—not necessarily the most popular, but surprisingly delicious?
Beet chips (a special we run), bone-in ribeye, kale burgers, and all of our gluten-free soup choices.
