What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _I have always looked at life as an adventure and followed my heart into those adventures. Along the way I suffered many insults to my physical body. My assumption was that you “gotta pay ta play” and pay I did! I've seen countless people get injured by Crossfit and that's why we strive to heal. _
What do you love most about your job? _Being a state and world champion cyclist, I have always been an aficionado of fitness. Yet, it wasn't until I was severely inured for the second time that reinvented the wheel to create over 1,000 workouts that are filled with constant movement and have healing effects. _
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Each workout is unique, innovative, and crafted by World Champions. We are where gym meets dance. Where strength meets rhythm. Where workout meets re-creation. Frontier is the most unique workout in Columbia, South Carolina. Clients choose one class on Monday or Tuesday, and then again on Wednesday or Thursday. These high-powered sessions feature our full-body workout, cardio, and stretching. In addition, we are introducing body sculpting/weightlifting and stretching classes on Friday and Saturday. All classes are included in the monthly fee of $175, with a new student rate of $100.
Monday, Wednesday a.m.: 6 a.m. (beginner), 7 a.m. (level III), 8 a.m. (level II), 10:30 a.m. (level II)
Monday, Wednesday p.m.: 5 p.m. (level III), 6 p.m. (beginner)
Tuesday, Thursday am: 6 a.m. (level III), 7 a.m. (level III), 8 a.m. (level III), 9 a.m. (level III), 10:30 a.m.(beginner)
Tuesday, Thursday pm: 4 p.m. (level III), 5 p.m. (level III), 6 p.m. (level III)
Friday: 7 a.m. (lift/body sculpt), 8 a.m. (level III), 10:30 a.m. (lift/body sculpt), 4:30 p.m. (lift/body sculpt)
Saturday: 11 a.m. (lift/body sculpt), 12:30 p.m. (stretch)
