Their product didn't get rid of anything. I called them to ask to redo the service and they said NO and no refunds and if any issues Groupon should do it. Groupon didn't refund anything, they said it is the merchant's responsibility. Do not buy.
Thomas, our technician, was so friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about helping rid us of the insects and slugs around our townhome. We were happy that the treatment wouldn't be harmful to our two small dogs too. I was expecting surcharges (up charges) and all kinds of other surprises like with most Groupons, but that wasn't the case. This was by far the best value and experience I've had using a Groupon and exterminator. Thank you Frontline and Thomas (a class act).
