What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Since I started in the business in 1996 a lot has changed, it is a challenge but I have kept up with the development of new hardware & software yet am well versed on most of the old software/hardware as well. I don't charge separately for different devices or software. Hourly charge covers all.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I originally worked in a retail computer store in the service department and found a need existed to give better tech support services on-site at a better rate & more comprehensive service. Being on-site, I can correct many issues such as printers, Internet issues, networking,, etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to ease and remove the frustration many people have with their equipment and software. I offer a tutorial as I work, explaining to the client, if they are interested, on how to use their software and hardware to their best advantage. It is a wonderful feeling to help.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I have had many wonderful compliments made about the speed with which I am able to resolve their issue. I can't think of any in particular. I think when they are so pleased wit my service that they refer me to their friends and relatives is the most sincere compliment! This has happened alot.
