Q:

Your shopping cart would not accept my Groupon code. It kept giving me an error saying " Your promotional code cannot be combined with other special offers". I picked a standard product from your recommended http://www.ftd.ca/groupon/ page. I did not apply any other promotions. I have tried different products from your /groupon page with no luck. Any ideas?

Q:

I too recieved the same error as Brenda and called that support number. When I called I was told I may be on hold for 5 minutes... over 45 minutes later someone picked up and I was told they would have to transfer me directly to another department. Thus I was put back on hold, after 5-10 minutes I hung up and I believe that this will be my first and last experience with groupon

To clarify this offer...This Groupon is for a $30 or $40 voucher (depending on which one you purchase) on our site (www.ftd.com/groupon) and you can use it on a wide variety of flowers, plants and gifts. You select the item of your choice, and set up the delivery. You apply the voucher value at checkout. Hope that clarifies the deal for you! Thanks!

Q:

I was also given the 'error' message that Brenda received. I called, and was told I had to speak with another operator for orders not customer service and ended up waiting on hold for 10 mins+ I have tried using the groupon at least 5 times without success. Continually looking back at the instructions, even selecting different arrangements. Quite frustrated by the whole process, truly.

The person will not be home on the day of delivery, can i arrange it somehow so that they drop the flowers off on the front steps?

Q:

I followed the instructions but I received an error message after putting in the code and hitting apply, that it cannot be combined with another offer. When I tried it again the error message said that it was already used. The price did not change and the groupon amount did not show anywhere
