We are sorry you are having difficulty! They system is not broken, more likely you are on a site with a Special Offer that does not accept Groupons. Groupon is good on any of our public sites and you can leverage the discounts on those sites. Q:

If I purchase this current groupon would I be able to combine it with a previous groupon that expired in 9/2012? I understand the expired groupon will not be worth $40 but is worth the $20 I paid.

Is the problem going to be fixed soon with the website not letting you use the groupon because of the 15% off discount right now? Or did I just waste $20? Anyone planning to buy flowers for valentine's day can't use this groupon as of now.

We do, although this Groupon is for US delivery only. You can attempt to test the postal code while placing an order on FTD.com/home and it may let you. Hope that helps.
