You will get an email confirmation with your Groupon. When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

Even after the promotional value expires, the Groupon is still worth the amount you paid for it, in accordance with Groupon's terms of service. For example, if you paid $10 for a $20 Groupon, after expiration that Groupon should still be worth $10 toward the products or services originally offered in the deal.

Q:

I have attempted to use the voucher with several arrangements and it won't let me enter the code. The section is grayed out. If there's no way of fixing this then i need a refund!

Q:

"Valid toward taxes & fees; special offers & discounts shown on www.FTD.com at time of redemption." Maybe I was misled by this unintentionally. But before purchasing this groupon I configured my order on your website. I was on the checkout page with a small coupon applied, which by my logic satisfies your above terms. I was looking at my checkout window and was being shown the discount at the time of redemption. Unfortunately to successfully use my voucher I had to restart the entire ordering process as I was unable to remove the coupon. At which time not only did the price of the item itself go up, so did the cost of shipping!! I can not begin to understand the logic behind that, as the shipping price never indicated that it was affected by the coupon in any way. While im assuming none of these discrepancies were intentional, it, along with the already mysteriously high shipping costs have left a somewhat bad taste in my mouth. I am regardless looking forward to my flowers.

Q:

I was disappointed with this Groupon. Your delivery fees are minimum $15.99 in addition to a $2.99 service fee. Since you don't allow combined discounts, the only thing you could actually purchase with this Groupon is something for $19.99, which on your site is really not much. I was able to purchase one dozen roses without a vase. I am disappointed in the excessive shipping and fees, which most of your competitors do not charge. Do you realize the shipping cost is the same cost as the flowers themselves???

Can the coupon be used to purchase any type of arrangement that is delivered on April 18th, if it is ordered before the April 12th deadline? Or does it have to be delivered by the 12th? Thanks!

Yes - you can use if for the 18th. You need to have your order placed by the 12th, but you can schedule delivery up to 90 days in the future.
