Q:

I had a $15 groupon gift card from my boss, so I purchased the FTD on-line deal. Any idea of what I'm going to be getting? And hopefully for Valentine's Day?

A:

You will use your FTD Groupon on the FTD Web site to order flowers.

When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top right corner of the deal page. Place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here, you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons".

You can view and print a Groupon by clicking the "View Voucher" button and get all the information you need to properly redeem it.
