I've spent 2 days trying to use my groupon on both the US site and CA site. I would like my money back. How do I go about getting a refund for your groupon that simply does not work.

I wanted to place an order to have the Roses delivered to my parents in Ontario. I didn't see any place to fill in the "Delivery" address. Did I miss something ?!

Sorry for the confusion! Your Voucher - found in "My Groupons" should have a GC number (towards the middle top, under FTD and description) and you will need to place your orderon www.FTD.ca/home, and during the check out process you will fill out delivery information. Hope this helps.

Q:

I am pissed! The voucher I purchased did not work. I am having the same problem as many others when I put in my groupon code it says it cannot be used with other promotional items. I did some searching and they had this same problem in 2011. This is absolutely ridiculous and I think anyone who purchased this voucher should be refunded immediately. Very disappointed. I will not purchase from Groupon again.

Q:

Why is your Canadian site in USD? I can get better deals on the USA FTD website. There is a $19.99 delivery charge so my $40 gift to my grandmother in quebec will cost $68.93.....that's ridiculous. Plus, I can't get the order to go through either. Not looking good for me to place an order and I bought 2 vouchers. Very disappointed I must say.

I called the number you listed above and was told that they cannot ship any of the products to Canada. Is this groupon even available for Canada?

Sorry for the confusion! We have a large florist network that services Canada, so depending on the address, we should be able to deliver. The best way to confirm is to pick a product on www.FTD.ca/home and enter the postal code. Our system will validate that we have a florist servicing that code. Is there a FTD florist that you would use in Langley, B.C.? And if there is, could I pick up the flowers from the florist on Valentine's Day to deliver them myself? And would I save the delivery charge if I picked them up from your designated florist? Thank you, Keith

We do delivery in Langley - but can know for sure by going to www.FTD.ca/home and selecting a product. Then you will be asked to enter a postal code, and that will confirm the product availability. This is an online order Groupon - it can not be used in a local shop. Hope that answers your question. Thanks!
