I've bought the groupon but your website will not allow me to redeem it with the sweet surprises "good" bouquet. Please advise.

It should allow you to - that is one of our most popular! First, please make sure you are trying to use the Groupon on our core site www.FTD.ca/home. If that doesn't work, please call toll free (855) VIP-4FTD and they should be able to help you. Sorry for the inconvenience!
