Q:

This is really frustrating. You gave the hyperlinks in the Groupon's ad page and all I do is to click on the link you provide and I get "our promotional code cannot be combined with other special offers. See restrictions for details". Why are you false advertising??

Kerem G.  asked on  Jan 29, 2013

A:

Sorry for your frustration - the links on the voucher should take you to our public FTD.ca site. It is possible that you have cookies holding you to a site with special promotions. I would recommend either clearing your cookies or use a search engine to find FTD.ca- it should take you to our main public site. I hope this help - again sorry for the trouble.

From the descripition: FTD's selection of Valentine's Day arrangements and gifts showcases an endless array of romantic ways to celebrate your special someone. Impress a crush with the Sweet Surprises bouquet, speckled with fuchsia spray roses, pink mini carnations, and white daisies" where Sweet Surpirses bouquet is the hyperlink going straight to: http://www.ftd.ca/valentines-day-pcg/the-sweet-surprises-bouquet-by-ftd-vase-included/occasion-valentinesday/c12-4792/ All I did so far was to click on that link, I really like the arrangement and I hit order. I am not sure how my cookies are holding to a site?

You can use this Groupon for flowers, plants and gifts on FTD.com - and they do not have to be for Valentine's. Just make sure to use the Groupon before April12 - that's when the promotional value expires!
