Q:

do you already have a schedule for classes that occur after May 4th? How do you contact people to make them aware of classes once the Groupon is purchased? thank you. Christine

Christine D.  asked on  Apr 27, 2013

A:

We have classes going on all the time. I do not have a way to contact you. Initially, you need to contact me through email at fuasiancatering@gmail.com or you can log on to our website at www.fuasiancatering.com to see our online schedule and register then.

Q:

I see that it says 1 voucher per person...however, I don't understand why a couple cannot just purchase one?? I would like to do this with my husband (for a date night)...but we are not going to be doing this if we have to pay $80?! Please let me know if we can purchase just ONE for the two of us. Thanks!

Robin G.  asked on  Apr 27, 2013

A:

I have only certain amount of seats. If your husband came along, we have to save a seat for him. Furthermore, he will be eating the food won't he? That is extra cost for us. I hope you understand.

Q:

Hello, I would like to take the class but I am gluten free - thus I need to substitute wheat free tamari for soy sauce and cannot consume anything breaded, etc. Will the class be suitable for this food allergy? Thanks - Julie

Julie G.  asked on  Apr 28, 2013

A:

We use regular hoisin sauce to make peanut sauce for salad rolls. You need to buy gluten free hoisin sauce at wholefoods. Everything else is gluten free. We do not use wheat flour in our restaurant. Thanks for asking.

Q:

Do I need to buy 2 (1 as a gift) groupons or does this allow for a couple to attend?

Zachary D.  asked on  Apr 26, 2013

A:

Zachary, I am not fussy about that. I would be happy to have as many people come to cook at fuAsian as possible. Which ever way is easy for you, please go for it.

Thu Ha D.  from  Merchant  replied on  Apr 26, 2013

A:

Hello Zachary, I might not be clear on my answer because someone just asked me the same question. You need one voucher per person because this is a class that you eat here, like a lunch or dinner. You will prep, cook, and eat all three courses. I hope that clears things up for you.

Q:

My GF and I were really wanting to do a cooking class, it doesn't specify if this is ok or if I need to purchase 2. I know someone asked above about this, but I'm not too clear on your answer, wasn't sure if you were not fussy about purchasing it as a gift, or you're not fussy about buying one groupon and having a couple attend. Just wanted to get a clear answer before purchasing. Thanks! Thai food is our favorite!

Josh H.  asked on  Apr 27, 2013

A:

Hello Josh, It is one voucher per person. It is a class where you prep, cook, and eat all three courses.

I don't get off work early enough to make it to Lake Oswego for an evening weekday class. But I could make it to a Saturday one. What are the chances of finding openings in a Saturday class if my friend and I buy this Groupon?

Linda J.  asked on  Apr 26, 2013

A:

Hello Linda, We have class on Saturday 5/4. There are two sessions. One at noon and one at 4:30 pm. After that we have class on Sunday at noon.

Q:

Hello, will recipes be provided? Will you be able to suggest stores that we can buy the ingredients? Do we need to bring anything to the class, like cooking items, foods, etc? Thank you, Laura

LAURA S.  asked on  Apr 26, 2013

Hi! My husband and I took your class on March 17, 2013. We have been looking forward to the recipes from that day, but have not received them yet. How should we go about getting those? Thanks, Sandy & John B.

Sandy B.  asked on  Apr 26, 2013

A:

Hello Sandy, sorry about that. Randy must have not been able to read your handwriting when you left your email on the list. Please shoot me an email message to fuasiancatering@gmail.com so I can send you the recipe right away.

A:

Hello Jerry, Yes, you can learn all three courses vegan or vegetarian in a three hours session.
