Choose from Three Options

for a four-week outdoor boot-camp class ( value)

  • At Peirce Island in Portsmouth: Wednesdays and Fridays, April 30-May 23
  • At Winnekenni Castle in Haverhill: Mondays and Wednesdays, April 28-May 21
  • At the Millyard in Amesbury: Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 29-May 22

Outdoor boot-camp sessions begin at 6 a.m. and run for 45 minutes. Groups of up to 40 students build core strength and muscle tone, and burn fat with outdoor strength and cardio exercises in the fresh air and sunshine. To redeem, students must call ahead and visit Fuel Training Studio's Newburyport location to sign up.

Fuel Training Studio turns routine workouts into challenging tests of mettle, keeping muscles and minds engaged and healthy with one-on-one training or community-focused group classes. Cofounders Jeanne Carter and Julie Bokat, and their staff of eminently skilled trainers, educate clients in their unique Fuel training method, which has been formulated through years of training and extensive certifications.

Fuel's philosophy focuses on helping clients through their everyday family life and activities by building functional strength—keeping muscles guessing with intense bursts of cardio and strength training that boost metabolism and efficiency. Clients enhance their muscle tone and agility with cycle, barre, interval and personal training. Outdoor boot-camp classes combine strength, core-building, and cardio workouts into fun packages, allowing students to build rippling abdominal muscles while they admire waterfront scenery and challenge songbirds to wrestling matches.

Always a great workout and they will always provide modifications to exercises making them easier if you that or challenge you more if you are looking for more...highly recommend Fuel Studios Outdoor Boot Camp!
