Do diners get to to choose their selections from the menu or will it be chef's choice? If diners are choosing, will any menu items be off limits?

Sorry dinners do not get to chose. It is basically an Omakase, chefs choice.

Q:

How much do you get with the small portion options? It is kind of vague. Also what does the sushi/sashimi sampler consist of?

A:

This is up to the chef. The offering is similar to Omakase, where depending on the size of the other servings determines the amount of sushi/sashimi. We will offer the option of all sushi or all sashimi. Sorry I can't give you a specific quantity.

Yes a 2 couples can use at 1 table.

Yes, the chef can accommodate for people who do not eat meat and shell fish, but we do not have a 100% vegetarian tasting option. The menu will be can be all fish and veggies.
