Trying to work your way through Fuji Steak House's entire menu would be a bit like trying to scale its namesake mountain. The endless selection begins with dozens of appetizers, as well as a handful of soups and salads. Sushi chefs are hard at work crafting intricate bites, including the house maki with salmon, scallop, tempura crab stick, and spicy sauce. Nigiri and sashimi is available as well, as are "party boats", which come with a mix of all three types of sushi but no actual captain. Meanwhile, in the dining room, exhibition cooktops serve as a performance area for chefs as they flip chicken, calamari, and lobster tails in the dancing flames.
