The personal training package includes:
- Body Diagnostic: A one-hour session that includes a review of the client’s medical history, goal setting, a fitness assessment with measurements, and an introduction to functional movement.
- Group training sessions: Four small-group, personal-training sessions
Fulcrum Fitness commits to helping others reach their fitness goals through safe, sustainable training programs that differ from big-box gyms. Focus is placed on small group training sessions that combine the high energy and motivation of a boot camp with the personalized attention of one-on-one training. These small group sessions offer a routine crafted to meet each individual's goals, a trainer to help ensure that workouts are safe and effective, and the motivation of working out in a group. To complement the group workouts, Fulcrum's trainers also lead one-on-one personal training sessions as well as small group training sessions with two to four people.
