What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

At Full Contact Athletics you will have access to a personal trainer and a safe space for your children to play at no additional cost to you. We do not charge any fees or require contracts with our clients. FCA is focused on Jesus, serious about fitness, and committed to health.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

Our fitness classes can be customized to fit your needs. Whether you have injuries you need to work around or rehabilitate, if you want a harder or lighter workout, if you would prefer to build muscle or loose weight, our personal trainers can help you achieve these goals no matter the workout.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We started as Full Contact Ministries; a boxing outreach to help get kids off the streets. Our clientele base grew in another direction. Now, FCA aims to give kids, families, and community leaders access to a facility and trainers that they may not otherwise have the opportunity to enjoy.

What do you love most about your job?

At FCA we love people. We find joy in helping others achieve what they once thought was impossible. This is a judgement free environment where everyone is considered family. The comradery that happens at FCA is like nothing you have experienced before. That is why we love working & volunteering here.
