Full Sail's brew pub overlooks the Columbia River, giving brewmasters and customers alike an unbeatable view of mountain peaks, evergreen forests, cliffs, and (the brewery's namesake) brightly-colored sailboats. It's hard to believe the scene was ever a home for industry alone, but Full Sail Brewing's spot alongside the river once housed a robust cannery. When the Full Sail crew found the long-closed cannery in 1987, they knew it would be the perfect spot to brew their dreams.
