Founder of Full Strength Performance Training Mark Bayers knew he wanted to help people get in shape from the moment he began seeking his degree in exercise science from Marshall University. He and his trainers believe that one of the greatest components to athletic success lies in the core. To boost performance, both in hockey-specific and more general sports drills, he structures his curriculum around this core-building philosophy. Mark then systematically strengthens the muscles connected to the core, until the whole biomechanical chain is in top shape and the body can efficiently engage the muscles used to kick a ball, swing a hockey stick, or curl into a little human puck.
