Degreed fitness coaches lead groups of 25 participants or fewer through 40–45 minutes of high-intensity cross-training sessions. Before jumping into the workout, clients sit in for a 90- to 120-minute orientation to understand the program’s exercises. The Metabolic Overdrive philosophy states that the body has three paths for burning calories, and exercises such as calisthenics, kettlebell swings, and squats performed in intervals specifically target these pathways to maximize the scorching of fat.<p>
