A:

As long as it's been at least 60 days since your last session, you can get on the list. SInce the feature opened, session times have been filling up. You'll still need to register through the online web form.

Q:

Given what you describe about the time to see expected (not guaranteed) results, it seems like $39 for 24 sessions gets me most of the way there. At 3 or 4 sessions per week, this is 6 - 8 weeks worth. But what then? Do I sign up for the normal membership at the normal price?

Bruce C.  asked on  Jan 11, 2013

A:

I you like what we do, then we would hope to keep you as a client and help you transition to a maintenance plan so you don't regress back to your starting point. We also have other services that many client transition to if they'd like a more custom approach to their goals.
