• If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to call and cancel at the last minute, you will be charged a $45 inconvenient scheduling fee.
Consultations and Waivers:
• All clients are required to sign a waiver upon arrival at the office.
• We do not offer over-the-phone consultations.
Body Sculpting Provider Policy:
• If you have been seen by another body sculpting office within the last month, or are currently being seen by another body sculpting office, you must complete all sessions with them before starting treatment with us.
• We do not accept clients who have been treated by another provider less than a month ago.
Groupon Purchase Limit:
• You are allowed to purchase only one Groupon for yourself and one as a gift.
• Purchasing more than two Groupons on the Groupon platform is not permitted.
Strict Enforcement:
