An ever-changing series of moves—using simple props and students’ own body weight—build challenging workouts aimed at improving strength, endurance, and flexibility. Classes are currently held at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday–Thursday and at 8 a.m. on Saturday at Dynamic Conditioning Centre. More sessions may be added based on demand.
