When playing games, some cost several tokens. When we got to other places like Chuck E Cheese, we only pay one token per play. I am more apt to go there for arcade fun if your games take several tokens. One game required 8 tokens! The same game at Chuck E Cheese asks for 1 token. Other than this, we thought everything was great!

Thank you for another enjoyable time. Our 4 grandchildren that we brought on this visit really enjoyed the go carts, boats and golf. They always have a good time when we come there.

About This Deal

Without dedicated bonding time, family members grow resentful of one another's bad habits, such as cheating at Monopoly and warming socks in the toaster. Preserve familial unity with today’s Groupon: for $29, you get a 12-attraction family pass at Funworks! (a $60 value). The family pass's 12 single-admissions can be used by anyone for any attraction any time Funworks! is open.

Funworks! dazzles thrill-seekers of all ages with entertaining attractions sprawled across an 18-acre family-friendly amusement park. The Track raceway drops the green flag on zooming sprints in both single- and dual-seated go-karts, challenging drivers with a triple-level track and surprise visits by the California Highway Patrol. The rotating beacon of the Funworks! lighthouse casts its beam over 54 holes on the Putt-N-Fun golf course as golfers escort dimpled orbs through wild-animal-inhabited caves and past treacherous water hazards. Pintsize scramblers aged 9 and younger expend energy in the Playworks play zone's maze of tubes, ball pits, and three-story slides, and mountaineers aged 6 and older can clamber up the ever-changing face of The Rock—a computerized climbing wall where both novice and advanced ascenders can complete a vertical run without ever getting more than 3–5 feet off the ground. Drivers taller than 48 inches can take the wheel of a Bump-N-Tag mobile for a rubber-bumpered version of laser tag or gather a band of two hearty shipmates to man water cannons and train pet hamsters to impersonate parrots on the pirate-themed Splashworks bumper boats.

Our customers loved this deal last year, earning Funworks! a spot on Groupon's Best of 2011 list.

About Funworks

The sprawling 8-acre family-friendly amusement park dubbed Funworks initially began as a miniature-golf course, Putt-Putt Golf, before expanding to include a coin-operated-game room in 1989, which first bore the Funworks moniker. Today, its current incarnation helmed by Freddy Foreman, the facility's foreman of fun, showcases multiple family-friendly attractions at two locations. The grounds house remote-controlled racing tracks, batting cages, and an expansive mini-golf course that weaves across 54 holes. Additionally, patrons will discover other curios of entertainment such as a teddy-bear factory where children can customize stuffed animals to fulfill carpool-lane requirements.
