Groupon customers are also eligible for upgrades to a Tier 2 membership ($50 for one month, $100 for three months), or a Tier 3 membership ($75 for one month, $150 for three months). Enhanced memberships offer access to specialty classes such as yoga, kettlebell training, and Olympic weightlifting. Additionally, Tier 3 memberships include detailed, customized nutrition consulting.

CAT 5 CrossFit

Josh Werner, who has appeared on the World Fitness Elite TV show, is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and the owner of CAT 5 CrossFit. At CAT 5 CrossFit, he and his team help clients achieve their fitness goals with a variety of dynamic classes that include metabolic training, agility training, yoga, kettlebell classes, and Olympic weightlifting. Josh can also spur enhanced results with detailed nutritional guidance customized to each client’s needs. Class size does not exceed 10 people, allowing for students to meet other fitness-seekers while they receive individual attention from instructors. Workouts last on average between 10 and 30 minutes, but the entire experience can take up to an hour when incorporating warm-ups and stretching.
