What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Fusion Jerky provides four varieties of proteins (chicken, turkey, pork, and beef) all of which are gluten-free and have a tender bite, leading it to be the smarter anytime protein snack for you. Fusion Jerky manufactures and produces the jerky ourselves in our state-of-the-art facility in Nebraska.
Of the products you sell, which are your favorites?
Some of Fusion Jerky’s favorites include Island Teriyaki Artisan Pork Jerky, Chipotle Lime Artisan Beef Jerky, Garlic Jalapeño Artisan Pork Jerky, Lemon Pepper Artisan Chicken Jerky, and Chili Basil Artisan Turkey Jerky.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
KaiYen Mai, our founder, wanted to break off from her family business that manufactured Asian-style jerky for over 47 years and build a brand that incorporated the Asian textures with the American flavors. She first came up with the idea when climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Connecting with other jerky lovers and asking them about how they fuse all aspects of their lives with our jerky!
