A roll isn’t just a roll at Fusion Sushi. The eatery’s chefs make raw, cooked, and deep-fried rolls filled with everything from steamed shrimp to a secret house sauce. As eclectic as those rolls are, the chefs saved the big guns for 13 chef’s special rolls. The bite-size pieces are stuffed with spicy crab salad and wasabi tobiko, topped with baked surf clam and chili sauce, and bestowed with names such as Dancing Eel and Green Devil. Of course, the kitchen also lights up the grills for steak hibachi and salmon teriyaki dinners. Guests can eat at regular tables or sit on floor cushions around traditional tatami tables, enjoying a relaxing dining experience alongside friends or paper cranes they've brought along.
