Some studies have found muscle confusion, as it’s now commonly called, to be more effective in promoting long-term fitness and in boosting performance levels, and popular workout systems such as P90X and Insanity plan their intense regimens according to these principles. But if you prefer the comfort of a predictable routine, other experts are on hand to back you up, noting that if you’re focusing on a specific muscle group it may take weeks to get all you can out of a given move.

It's SO important to utilize the correct heart rate zones and energy systems when looking to achieve physical fitness. Not only will I take full responsibility for developing your fitness plan, I will lay these specific steps out in front of you on a neatly organized document before you pay me as much as a penny. This is made possible by our FREE ASSESSMENT which will be held our first session together. This session will tell me everything I need to know about which exercise, flexibility & mobility drills that I need to include in your program. My program can be tailored towards an at home space where I can bring my own equipment or help you utilize yours (or both). We can also train together at a beautiful facility called Body in Balance at 611 Old Willets Path.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

"Life is a fight". These are the words that led to me starting Future Champ Fitness. So much of what you learn about yourself during an intense training session can be directly applied to bettering various aspects of your life. You'll build mental strength through showing up on days where you considered cancelling. You'll build physical strength as I motivate you through that last sled push. It would not be AT ALL unusual if these moments in the gym made you a more energetic and effective worker and family member.

3. What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing a clients reaction to a plan that has been carefully crafted for them. By the day you sign up, I'll be able to tell you what you're doing (fitness wise) on a random Friday 2 1/2 months from now. That brings a tremendous amount of security to the client, but also just about guarantee's the body will progress at the desired pace.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction I've ever got from a client is when my client Christina told me how much EASIER the birth of her third child went because of me. The work we had put into strengthening her lower back and ab muscles not only made the everyday pregnancy less strenuous but her the process of giving birth was also less painful. She also benefited from a shortened recovery time after her pregnancy. We still work together and we have made COUNTLESS LEAPS AND BOUNDS in all areas of her fitness.
