In addition to fitness classes, members receive access to the studio’s functional-exercise facilities, which include punching bags, medicine balls, and TRX-suspension trainers.

That's because its energetic trainers are constantly switching their workouts up, infusing boot-camp-style exercises with rounds of boxing, intervals of weightlifting, and bursts of cardio. Amid a wide open layout and matted floors, the highly trained and certified coaches lead classes in a variety of focuses, including abdominal work, kettlebell exercises, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and MMA training, as well as hypertrophy workshops. Trainers take advantage of the studio's abundance of functional equipment, supplementing exercises with heavyweight punching bags, massive tractor tires, and sledgehammers. The team also includes a staff nutritionist, who assists students in crafting customized diet plans based on their needs, goals, and favorite flavor of Kool-Aid. The new location includes 5000 sq ft, 25 yards of sports turf, 22-foot climbing rope, 34ft weightlifting/pull up rig, boxing/kickboxing heavy bag area, and more.
