I'm glad I purchased the sample training package. Not only did coach Quinton fulfill all the bullet points listed that came with the package but he also took the time to listen to what I wanted to work on and came up with a plan of workouts. He even checked up on me over the weekend to see how I was doing! Coach Quinton is very personable and on time. He's quick to respond to any inquiries.
Quinton is an excellent personal trainer! After just a few weeks of training with him, I began to see results. Quinton developed a personalized eating and training plan unique to my body type and checks up on me throughout the week to make sure I am on track. He is very motivating and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a personal trainer.
Quinton is a great trainer. I lost 12 lbs in one month. He kept me focus on my goal and inspired me to push myself. The workouts are hard but he makes them fun and keeps you motivated . My strength and endurance have definitely improved so much! Definitely recommend him. 🔥🔥💪💪
Amazing!! Q is extremely motivating, professional & attentive. Past personal trainers haven't followed up & keep track with me, or held me accountable quite like Q has, & that's exactly what I needed to take my health to the next level. He's got such a positive Can Do attitude, & it's infections! In addition, every question I had about nutrition or exercises, he had some insight on. Great choice!!
This guy is solid! Worked with him for 2 weeks and dropped almost 10 pounds in a week and a half. The workout is pretty hardcore but yet comfortable. Anyone who wants a solid trainer, Quinton is awesome!
