I have this groupon and bought 70 dollars worth of product with 90 dollar groupon. It is still charging me 15 for shipping. After two telephone calls and an email to customer service in 8 days, nothing. Does anybody actually work there?

This can't be our deal. If you go through the Groupon landing page, the $69 option includes everything including the shipping cost - there are no additional charges. Also, are you referring to Groupon's customer support and that no one has gotten back to you in 8 days? It can't be DessertHub as this deal only launched yesterday, not 8 days ago. Please clarify so we can direct you to the proper group and take care of whatever issues you are having.
