How do you store these noodles? Would they need to be frozen until use?

You do not need to refrigerate these. You can simply store them in your cabinet.

What are the noodles made of? Rice, egg? I have food allergies and need to avoid wheat and egg.

Diane W.  asked on  Oct 11, 2012

NoOodles are made of powder that is derived from a yam plant known as konnyaku. The powder is known as gluccomannan. Their is no wheat and no egg in NoOodle. It is a true blessing for those who need to be both wheat and dairy free. You are going to love NoOodle and love me for bringing it to mainstream america thru Groupon (-: Terri Rogers Chief NoOodlist.
