I bought the cadillac suite option for check in Fri/Sat yesterday, 1/29. Realizing that you request people call before 6pm, I checked availabilty online and saw the room was already reserved for the two weekends I was thinking of traveling. What can I do about this?

You can either get a refund or change your option (to the king/queen option) through groupon. At the bottom of groupon's homepage there is a customer support link that will walk you through the process.
