I just had to cancel my trip due the Corona Virus and I want to share how good was my experience with Apple Travel.
At first I was super concerned about cancelling because I opt to not have the Travel insurance. But due this outbreak and having the customer satisfaction in mind Apple Travel just changed their policy allowing me to re-book my trip without any extra costs!

My Groupon code was an issue but hopefully doesn’t create a problem later on when I go on my trip.

Great experience. Hotel is well kept. Drinks were tasty although they lack beer selection. Specialty restaurants were great although not amazing. Buffets were mediocre at best but I don’t like buffets anyway. Beds are super uncomfortable, but the rooms spacious and linens great quality. Service was top notch. Very relaxing and in a beautiful location.
