So if I buy a one night for $69 (check in Thursday), and a two night for $169 (Friday-leave Sunday morning)- that is possible? THEN, if it's me, my husband, and my 17 month old- I would have to pay add'l $50 per night to upgrade to a double (no add'l charge for her because she's under 12), so it's an add'l $150 overall? It comes out to about $388, which is about $129/night- that doesn't sound like a good deal to me. PLUS if your 3rd person was over 12, that would be and add'l $20. So you're paying add'l $70 to upgrade to a double AND for the 3rd person. (I don't really care for the champagne or spa treatment). IF it was just my husband and I, and we didn't have to upgrade- it would come out to about $79/night. Which is close to paying for the add'l 3rd person. So you're almost paying another nights' worth to have a 3rd person. Just doing the math if anyone was curious. If it wasn't for a wedding I had to go to in Palms Springs- I wouldn't be having this conversation.

Hello. You are correct in your observations. The Groupon Packages being offered are not family getaway packages, nor are they being presented as such. The packages include accommodations for two people. We are willing to try and accommodate changes to the packages being offered, but there will be fees incurred to do so. Based upon what you've described, it does appear that the Groupon packages are not going to accommodate your family's lodging needs for the event you will be attending. We would like to try and accommodate you with some other options. If you are interested, please call the hotel at 760-660-3406.
