Q:

Sorry to ask this question again but I just need you to clarify that the water park is included in the resort fee. Everything says "water park features", I'm assuming that is the water park. The "features" part is throwing me a little. thank you and sorry again for the repeat question!

Yes! The water park also has other features - mini-golf, basketball hoops, etc.

We are coming in off a cruise on 2/9 (Thursday) and are leaving on 2/11 (Saturday). If we purchased the weekend Groupon could we use it for those two days?

Our two-bedroom suites have a maximum capacity of 6. You may request an upgrade to a SpongeBob suite when you make your reservation. Upgrade fees are payable upon check-in and are based on availability.

This package is for our standard suites. The fee for upgrading to a themed-room is payable upon checkin and is subject to availability.

We would be traveling there in March. What is the temperature in March? And do you have an indoor pool or pools?

We do not have an indoor pool. There are two outdoor pools that are heated to a balmy 84 degrees - fun for swimming all year!

This deal is for a two night stay at the resort. Airfare is not included. $25 resort fee/day, 12.5% tax, and incidentals not included. Our kids will only be here Feb 18-25. Feb 18-20 are voided. If we purchase the ticket and there is no availability the next weekend, what happens to our money?

Can we check in on March 18th since it is listed as a blackout? Does that mean no checkout that day or the blackout expires that day? We would be there March 18 and 19 nights and departing on the 20th-would it be warm enough to swim in the outdoor waterpark?
