Q:

If we are 2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 & 11, do we need 4 vouchers?

Tammy L.  asked on  Mar 13, 2013

A:

Aloha Tammy, Each 2 bedroom Suite has one double and one queen bed in each bedroom , so if you would like an additional Suite for the children then yes. If they can sleep together then the extra charge of $20 per night for each child would be required to stay in one of the Suites. Hope that helps

Q:

We are planning 4/12 - 4/18. Is there availability during these dates? Also we are 4 adults & 1 child. My daughter is 23 months old. Do we still need to book 2 suites ? We would really like to stay in one suite.

Neha M.  asked on  Mar 13, 2013

A:

Aloha Neha, We have the Haleakala Suite available for the requested dates and yes we can accept 5 guests if the 5th guest is an infant. We do have a $20 per night extra person charge for every guest after the first two.

I am just a little confuse it says " Five-Night Stay for Two in a Haleakala Suite or Bamboo Suite" however fine print says " •Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift" I am not sure if is supposed to say Limit 1 per couple and may buy one as additional as a gift... Or is it 1 per person ?

Q:

Are children welcome? If yes, are they also $20 more per night if we already have two adults travelling?

carrie g.  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

Aloha Carrie, Yes children are welcome and yes it would be a $20 per night charge for each child.

Q:

I am confused with an above answer. The groupon room max is 4, but you say the prooperty standard occupant rate is 2. Can you clear that up? Also if we are 5, I will assume we would pay $20 extra a night.

Gary P.  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

Aloha Gary, The maximum per Suite is 4 guests due to Maui county laws for Inns. The $20 per person charge is after the first two guests. We would require two Suites be reserved for 5 guests.
