Q:

I would like to purchase 2 one-night stays, and each one includes a $20 dining credit. If I stay both nights in one visit, may I combine the two dining credits on one meal? In other words I would spend $40 in the restaurant in one of my two nights.

Cheryl F.  asked on  Dec 25, 2012

A:

Sorry for the delay. When you call the hotel and make your reservation, they'll go over the details on how the credit is used.

How soon can we redeem this ? I am planning to go over the border this friday night and leave sunday morning. How does the 2 nights $199 deal work "Thursday - Saturday"? Does that mean I can still stay until Sunday morning or I have to check in Thursday and leave Saturday ? Please respond ASAP.

Option 3 is valid for check-in Thursday–Saturday. You can check in on any of these days depending on availability. Please contact the business directly to check for the most up to date availability.

Q:

I am interested in option 3 and option 4, but I would like to know what exact room type that is included in these two offers. I've looked into the rooms on the site an I have not found anything listed as "queen portage room" or "double-queen portage room". Are these the correct room names?

Jordan L.  asked on  Dec 23, 2012

A:

Sorry for the trouble. The Groupon is valid for a Retreat Room which includes one or two queen beds.

 asked on  Dec 20, 2012

A:

Apologies for the delay. Option 3 is only valid for a queen portage room.
