Q:

Why is nobody answering the given phone number to make a reservation ? I have tried several times.

Lesley M.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

I apologize if the phone hasn't been answered for you. We have been experiencing a much higher call volume the last few days since the groupon promotion. We are here to answer your call and make a reservation. Please make sure you are calling 800-649-5191. My apologies to you.

Q:

I am using this gift in a raffle for a team builder so I don't know who will receive this gift until Black Friday which is a day after the deal is closed? How can I purchase this and then give it to someone if I am not sure of the name of the person I will be giving it to as a gift? Can I please get some help or instruction with this? Thanks!

Alexandar G.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

You can give it to whomever you would like to as a gift. We don't verify the name only the redemption code and the groupon number.

Q:

How do I combine the deal to include a three night stay for two separate rooms?

Liz M.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

You would need to purchase the one night coupon along with the two night coupon to stay three nights. If you want two rooms then just purchase two each of the different coupon types.

Q:

I have already booked a one-night stay for my family of five for Friday, November 16th. If I buy the groupon, can I use it for Friday night's stay? Also, do I need to contact the hotel to reserve a double queen suite?

Tanya m.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

We can convert an existing reservation into a Groupon reservation. If you have already reserved a queen suite please purchase the queen suite option. If you have an existing double queen reservation still purchase the queen suite option and let the clerk know when you call what Groupon you have purchased and that you would like to reserve / change to a queen suite.

Q:

what's the best/closest airport to fly into - how do most get to Moab that can't drive to you?

Dale U.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Moab has a small airport (CNY) with daily service that connects through Denver International Airport. The airline is Great Lakes Air, they are an affiliate of United's. The next closest airport is Grand Junction, CO which is about 110 miles. Many people fly into Grand Junction and rent a car and drive over. There is a pretty by-way #128 that I would suggest taking if you drive from Grand Junction. Salt Lake City is about a four hour drive to the North.

Q:

How is the hiking in the area during the winter? Are there any special considerations for either of the nearby parks during this time?

Tania C.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Both of the National Parks are open all year. I typically hike more during the winter than the summer because you can have a trail all to yourself while in the summer it is crawling with people. It is weather dependent however, we have good days/weeks and bad ones during the winter.
